We have our 2017 Medical weight Loss plans to help you achieve your weight loss goals for 2017.
Even though we don’t bill insurances, we do offer ways to pay for our plans so as to make them affordable and help you pay for them over time.
Our plans include:

- Fat burning supplements
and additionally we do offer:
- Weight loss shots
- Fat busting cavitation/radiofrequency/vaccum treatments for localized fat.
MEDICAL WEIGHT LOSS
We are offering 3 options to lose weight. Our Medical Weight Loss Packages are NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE. All of them last 6 months.
We offer packages that are paid as you go, month by month. However, we do not “just write a prescription”. We prefer to use an integrated system to ensure you will lose the weight you want to lose.
INITIAL WEIGHT LOSS VISIT
Before all visits, we require an initial Weight Loss visit to qualify the patient for weight loss. On this visit we will discuss prices. We do not discuss prices over the phone. The initial Weight Loss visit ( Cost: $125 ) includes:
-Full exam
-Body Mass Index and Fat %
-Mini Rx of weight loss pill to get you started IF YOU QUALIFY.

You will need to come for an initial appointment. Not all patients qualify for medical weight loss. Our weight loss is based on lifestyle modifications, exercise and pills.
