
When you request a medical marijuana card, you do need to be able to prove your medical conditions. Arkansas requires you to have one of the following medical conditions and PROVE you have them for us to be able to process your card:
The qualifying conditions are:
- Cancer
- Glaucoma
- Positive status for HIV/AIDS
- Hepatitis C
- Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
- Tourette’s syndrome
- Crohn’s disease
- Ulcerative colitis
- PTSD
- Severe arthritis
- Fibromyalgia
- Alzheimer’s disease
- Cachexia or wasting syndrome
- Peripheral neuropathy
- Intractable pain (defined as pain that has not responded to ordinary medications, treatment or surgical measures for more than 6 months)
- Severe nausea
- Seizures, including those characteristic of epilepsy
- Severe and persistent muscle spasms, including those characteristic of multiple sclerosis
You can either bring it yourself or we can ask for it. Either way, it is the PATIENT RESPONSIBILITY to prove the condition.
