As a result the patient NEEDS TO PROVE THE MEDICAL CONDITION (CLICK HERE FOR A LIST OF SUCH CONDITIONS ) for marijuana use and that this condition has been TREATED UNSUCCESSFULLY BEFORE WITH WESTERN MEDICAL TREATMENTS ( We do accept Chiropractors and Naturopath notes BUT we do need Western diagnosis and treatment too ).
There are 2 ways we can receive records: Either the patient brings their own or we ask for your primary care doctor’s record release ( They do take longer ).
It is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to prove they are good candidates for Medical Marijuana Physician Certification and it is up to the physician’s criteria to accept or deny such certification.
