DOT EXAMS

The Department of Transportation and FMCSA require all truck drivers to have a Medical Exam in order to be able to drive these automobiles.
We perform DOT exams for any patient. The cost is $100 ( cost may change in time ). We require a visit to schedule the DOT exams.
We advise you to bring to your appointment:
Your glasses if you use them
A letter from Primary Care Provider if you have a medical condition, stating it is stable.
A list of medications you are using.
